Delivery
Dream Rooms Furniture does offer delivery and set up services for all or our products. Price varies by distance and other special circumstances (ie. 2nd floor, 3rd floor, motion upholstery). In some special cases, where delivery is unusually difficult, Dream Rooms will either leave the merchandise outside of the delivery point, return the merchandise to the store and give the customer store credit toward other merchandise that will enter properly, or without any liability whatsoever, attempt to deliver the merchandise where the customer requests. Under no circumstance is the delivery fee refundable.
Customers must inspect the merchandise at the time of delivery. If there is any damage, the customer must note the damage on the store copy of the receipt before signing. Customer will proviede Dream Rooms Furniture with pictures of the damage. Dream Rooms Furniture will, at its discretion, either replace the item, have it repaired, or discount the merchandise. Dream rooms will not be responsible for any damages after our delivery drivers have completed the delivery. Customers must be present at the agreed upon delivery time. Dream Rooms Furniture drivers will not wait ouside of the delivery time, and customer will be charged a new delivery fee for a 2nd attempt. Dream Rooms Funiture is not responsible for unforeseen delays in delivery. We will make every effort to notify customers of any changes with ample time, however. And we will make every effort to accomodate the customer for a 2nd attempt.
